What Crypto2Nairang is
Crypto2Nairang is a service that lets you sell supported cryptocurrencies — including USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and SOL — and receive naira in a Nigerian bank account. It is not a bank and does not store crypto on your behalf beyond what's needed to process a swap.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and be able to enter a binding agreement. You must complete identity verification to the level the service requires before you can deposit or withdraw.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and transaction PIN secure. Never share your PIN or verification codes. You're responsible for activity on your account that uses your credentials.
Deposits
When you send crypto to your deposit address, the naira value is credited once the network confirms the deposit. The rate is locked at the time you start the swap. Crypto sent to the wrong address or wrong network may be unrecoverable — always double-check the address and network before sending.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals go to a bank account you've added and confirmed. You must have enough balance to cover the amount plus any fee. We may refuse or hold a withdrawal if required by law, regulation, or our fraud controls.
Fees
Fees are shown before you confirm a transaction. Crypto networks may charge their own gas/network fees, which are separate and outside our control.
Verification and KYC
We verify identity in tiers. You unlock higher limits by completing more verification steps. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the service available and transactions correct, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network delays, blockchain issues, or provider failures.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or that we're required to close by law. If we close your account, we'll return your available balance to your verified bank account.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
