Frequently asked questions
Which coins can I sell?
USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH and SOL. Each coin supports the networks shown in the app when you start a deposit.
How do I get paid?
Deposit crypto to your personal deposit address. Once the network confirms it, your naira balance is credited. Then withdraw to a bank account you've added.
What rate will I get?
The rate is locked when you start a swap, so the naira amount you see is the amount you get. Rates shown on the site are illustrative only — the real rate locks inside the app.
How long does a deposit take?
It depends on the network. Most deposits confirm within minutes once the transaction is broadcast. Your wallet is credited as soon as the network confirms it.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. Verification happens in tiers, and you unlock deposits and withdrawals by completing it. This is what keeps the service safe for everyone.
How do withdrawals work?
Add your bank account, enter the amount, and confirm with your transaction PIN. The naira goes to the account you chose.
What fees apply?
Fees are shown before you confirm a transaction. Crypto networks may charge their own gas/network fees, which are separate and outside our control.
I sent crypto to the wrong address. Can you recover it?
Always double-check the address and network before sending. Crypto sent to a wrong address or wrong network may be unrecoverable. If this happens, contact support as soon as possible.
